Cancellation and Refund Policy

Welcome to Mondal Nursery Store, we ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase.

Cancellation

You can cancel your order within 1 day after oder the plant.

You cannot cancel the order on your own 1 day after placing the order, you can apply for cancellation. And if we consider this achieved then your order will be cancelled .

 

Refunds

Once we receive about your cancellation request  , we will inspect it and notify you that we have received it . We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund. .

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 7  working  days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

If you receive the plant in bad condition after you purchase it, the price of the plant will not be refunded. We will look into it and if possible resend the tree to you.

Returns

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return or replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If you receive a defective or damaged product, we will gladly replace it. Please contact us immediately with a photo of the damaged item at suppot what’sApp No :- 7047614303

You will receive a replant within 10 days of receiving your trturns.
